Options and Prices

Upload up to 80 of your photos (may include two videos) to our software and customise as you choose, by cropping and filtering then dragging to any order.

Extra photos can be included @ $1:10 ea.

Choose two to three songs (on Spotify) and we embed them and space photos to suit. Let us know your preferred text and we create a hold screen for display during the service. The finished slide show is saved to a USB for your future viewing as well.

Supply and setup of PA system at the Venue.

We set up a professional PA system at the venue, for playing music and/or monitoring and adjusting audio levels to enable delivery of clear and audible speech during the service. The PA is installed hours prior to the service and undergoes pre-testing to ensure readiness.   

A lectern is available for hire should the venue not supply one. We will also bring a reliable microphone stand in case there is not one provided or the inhouse equipment is inadequate.    

For all or some of the items above (excludes screen hire).

Your slideshow presentation; complete with backing music, hold screen, opening and closing music, is uploaded onto our laptop, and cued using specialised theatre software.

It is then operated seamlessly by Andrew during the service following the cues provided by the MC or celebrant. (Requires the venue to supply a display screen with HDMI capability).   

This licensed music is legally downloaded for the service and delivers royalties to the artists. All versions are genuine; from the original performer. Music choices must be available on Spotify.

If your chosen venue doesn’t have a screen, or you would like a larger one brought in, we can arrange that for you as well.

If you or your family are supplying your own slide show production, we require:
• USB in MP4 format ONLY,
• a hold screen image supplied as a .jpg file.  
• extra music to be supplied in MP3 format.   
• all files for testing, no later than 48 hours prior to the service day.
